Overview
Equipment 4 Retail were engaged by Itab UK to support nationwide installations of the new equipment for the new “Nutmeg” clothing range being introduced into 350 UK stores over a 9 week period.
Our Involvement
Equipment 4 Retail scheduled all stores to achieve the agreed dates plus developed the projects briefing documents. To support all parties, we controlled the communications reporting hub for daily updates to and from the client 24/7. All lighting & electrical works were also controlled during the installations on site. Any snag works reported were controlled and communicated to the client.
Benefits
All stores were implemented on time and within agreed fiscal budgets and additional surveys were conducted whilst in store for future works. Equipment 4 Retail operate as an extension of your own workforce when you require the support most.
Overall Result
The new product range “Nutmeg Clothing” was installed in each store ready for the launch day.
